A welcoming and supportive primary school in Bexley is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team immediately on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and making a positive impact across the primary age range.
The Role:
Full-time, permanent position
Immediate start available
Supporting teaching and learning across the school
Delivering interventions and covering classes when required
Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold HLTA status or equivalent experience
Have previous experience within a primary school setting
Be confident leading whole-class learning
Have strong behaviour management skills
Be passionate, proactive, and adaptable
