Construction Project Manager

This is a rare opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join this small, high end bespoke company, to support the growth and success of the business, which specialises in sustainability and environmentally aware builds, from design through to finished building.

You will have solid experience as a Construction Project Manager, covering quoting, client communication, overseeing up to 3 projects at a time, working closely with the site Foreman and team of in-house craftsmen and tradespeople, as well as some sub-contractors, to ensure that projects are running to time and as per plan and cost. 

Ideally you will have been hands on in a trade yourself, having worked up to managing contracts, understanding regulations and compliance, preferably with an MCIB qualification, with high values and ethos in your work and approach.

This Construction Project Manager will be working alongside the MD, helping to build the company and benefiting from profit share, vehicle (after probation) and be highly involved in the company.
